DIVYA DELHI : Security forces have launched a search operation in parts of Rajouri district after suspected drone activity was reported along the Line of Control (LoC), officials said. The reported sightings have prompted heightened vigilance in the border areas, with security personnel carrying out searches to verify the movement and determine the nature of the suspected aerial objects. According to officials, the suspected drones were noticed in areas close to the LoC, following which security agencies were alerted and additional personnel were deployed as a precautionary measure. Search teams are conducting ground checks in vulnerable areas and maintaining surveillance along the border belt. Authorities have urged residents in the affected areas to remain alert and immediately report any suspicious movement or unidentified objects to security personnel.
