DIVYA DELHI : Goa Police have arrested Russian national Alexei Leonov for the alleged murder of two Russian women in Pernem taluka. The case surfaced after the body of his live-in partner, Elena Kasthanova, was found in their Arambol residence with signs of struggle. Police later linked the killing of another Russian woman, Elina Vaneeva, to the same accused. Leonov fled the scene but was arrested later. Investigation into the double murder is ongoing.
