Indian cricketer Nitish Kumar Reddy has opened up about managing his workload and prioritising recovery, admitting that he may have pushed himself too hard in the past as an all-rounder.Reflecting on his previous season, Reddy said he had “overdone things” while trying to contribute in multiple roles, which affected his overall performance and fitness. The young all-rounder emphasised that he is now more mindful of maintaining his physical condition and avoiding unnecessary strain.“As an all-rounder, I have to keep my body safe and ensure I am well-prepared for games,” Reddy said.
