Hoda (Director, BVICAM, Paschim Vihar), Dr. Alok Kumar Gupta (Deputy Director, NIOS, Ministry of Education), Dr. Tarun Bajaj (Director, BDF), Bollywood Actor Gulshan Pandey, Dr. S. K. The honorary doctorate recipients included: Aman Bansal, Manju Pandey, Mala Roy, Balwinder Singh Sodhi, Rajesh Kumar, Sukhdev Singh Namdhari, Sanjay Kumar.
