DIVYA DELHI : Divya Delhi : PANKH NGO (Regd.) witnessed a day filled with joy, compassion, sharing and creativity at its Crèche-cum-Play School on Saturday, as volunteers and well-wishers came forward to spend meaningful time with children from economically weaker sections. Two young volunteers, Ms. Khushi and Ms. Bhumika, visited the Crèche-cum-Play School to celebrate the beginning of their professional journey and their first job. Choosing to share their happiness with the children, they distributed samosas and cold drinks, making the occasion special and memorable for everyone. In another thoughtful gesture, Mr. Shashi Bhushan , a resident of Sector-3, Rohini, visited the NGO along with his family and donated four large bags of good-quality used clothes for children and families associated with PANKH NGO. The donation was received by Mr. Ajjay Bhhatia, Honorary Advisor, PANKH NGO, who expressed his gratitude to the family for their generous contribution. The day also featured creative activities when Ms. Rashi Jain, accompanied by her daughter Aaira Jain and nephew Viaan Jain, visited the Crèche-cum-Play School. They spent quality time with the children and enthusiastically participated in arts and crafts activities. They also distributed colouring books and colours among the children, encouraging them to explore their creativity and imagination. At the end of their visits, all three groups recorded their experiences and feedback in the PANKH NGO Visitors’ Book. The day reflected the core spirit of PANKH NGO’s mission—to bring people from different walks of life together to share happiness, resources, learning and affection with children and provide them with opportunities to grow with confidence and dignity.Neelam Manchanda
