Divya Delhi : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is scheduled to distribute loans worth around Rs 300 crore to self-help groups in Jhabua district as part of a government initiative to promote women empowerment and strengthen rural livelihoods. The programme aims to provide financial support to members of self-help groups, enabling them to expand small businesses, improve income opportunities, and become more economically independent. Several beneficiaries from different groups are expected to receive assistance during the event. Government officials said the loan distribution initiative is focused on encouraging entrepreneurship at the grassroots level and improving the financial inclusion of rural communities. The event will also highlight various welfare schemes being implemented for self-help groups across the state. The Chief Minister is expected to address the gathering and discuss the state government’s plans for promoting employment opportunities and supporting community-based enterprises.
