Divya Delhi : The Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College celebrated its 5th Charter Day by completing five impactful years of youth-driven service and social responsibility. To commemorate the occasion, the club organized a month-long series of community service activities, reaffirming its dedication to social upliftment and nation-building. Known for its strong grassroots involvement, the club has continuously worked to address key social issues through practical and people-centric initiatives. As part of the Charter Day celebrations, several welfare programs were carried out focusing on social awareness, education, health, and environmental protection. These initiatives included distribution of sanitary pads, clothes, books, and stationery, along with teaching and educational sessions for underprivileged communities. Environmental protection remained a major focus during the celebrations. The club successfully conducted a Yamuna river cleaning drive, emphasizing civic responsibility and the need for collective efforts to safeguard natural resources. Alongside this, various health-focused programs such as a Fitness Carnival, Mental Health Carnival, and interactive fitness activities were organized to promote physical fitness and mental well-being among youth and the wider community. The Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College continues its mission to bring positive change through sustained community service and active youth participation. The club encourages more individuals to come forward and be a part of this journey of service, compassion, and collective growth.
