Divya Delhi : Nepal’s Chief Justice visited India as part of efforts to enhance judicial cooperation and strengthen ties between the two neighbouring countries. During the visit, discussions were held on issues related to legal systems, judicial practices, and mutual cooperation between the courts of India and Nepal. The visit highlighted the long-standing relationship between the two nations, which share close cultural, historical, and institutional connections. The Nepalese Chief Justice is expected to meet senior Indian judicial officials and discuss ways to improve collaboration in areas such as legal education, exchange of knowledge, and judicial reforms. The visit comes amid continued efforts by both countries to deepen bilateral relations through cooperation in various sectors, including law and governance.
