The proceedings commenced with the worship and invocation of Gyan Dayini (Bestower of Knowledge) Mother Saraswati, followed by the singing of the organization’s anthem and the National Anthem. The first session was presided over by the National Organizing Secretary, Shri Digambar Narayan Tiwari, while the role of Chief Guest was fulfilled by the country’s renowned vocalist and musician, Pandit Gulshan Suman (from Haryana). Central and National office-bearers, who had arrived from various states across India, introduced themselves and subsequently reviewed the preparations for the 2025 Convention; this review—which incorporated reports from various districts—received unanimous support. In his address, the All-India Organizing Secretary elucidated the specific responsibilities of each member of the organizational team and shed light on the organization’s detailed expansion plans and operational methodology. Meanwhile, the Chief Guest, Pandit Gulshan Suman, presented a detailed plan outlining the genre-specific duties and functions of the ‘Jagran Toli’ (Awareness Team). Furthermore, the discussion regarding the pivotal role of the ‘Pracharak’ (Propagator)—and the need to expand the Pracharak scheme—was presented by Pracharak Shri Ram Kedar Dwivedi. The second session commenced with a musical performance presented by Shri Sanjay Kumar (Delhi) and Pandit Gulshan Suman. This session was presided over by the Honorable National President, Dr. Shiv Prakash Singh. The proceedings of the meeting were initiated by the Central General Secretary, Dr. Dhananjay Singh. Serving as the first speaker, the National Treasurer, Dr. Manoj Kumar, presented the income and expenditure statement for the previous year—a report that had already been approved during the National Convention held in Haridwar in 2025. Regarding the outstanding dues—specifically the district-level contributions and travel reimbursements owed to artists—it was proposed that these remaining amounts be disbursed by March 2026. Additionally, it was decided that the convention fee for the upcoming event would be collected under three categories—Individual, Couple, and Family—and the respective fee structures for these categories were duly finalized. The Treasurer also presented the estimated budget for the upcoming 2026 Convention, which received the unanimous endorsement of the assembly, signified by the chanting of ‘Om’. Office-bearers from the states of Bihar, Haryana, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh were present at the meeting. Among the Central Discipline Coordinators, the National Music Discipline Coordinator, Pandit Gulshan Suman, announced several upcoming All-India level programs and their respective coordinators. These included the All-India Family Enlightenment and Women’s Empowerment Conference, for which Rani Damle Anju and Uma Patel were appointed as coordinators; the All-India Literary Conference, for which Dr. Ram Shankar Bharti and Deendayal Soni were designated as coordinators; and the All-India Fine Arts Exhibition, for which Ajay Kumar Pathak (Kanpur) and Hari Narayan Mishra were appointed as coordinators. Similarly, for the All-India Music and Dance Festival, Gulshan Suman himself, along with Alhad Kashikar (Pune) and Dr. Meera Dixit (Lucknow), were nominated; while for the All-India Drama/Theatre Festival, the responsibility of coordination was entrusted to Digambar Narayan Tiwari and Suraj Gautam. All the aforementioned events will be conducted in accordance with the action plans formulated by the respective coordinators, and a grand showcase of these activities will be presented at the National Convention in Ujjain in 2026. The first-year training session for the ‘Karyakarta Vikas Varga’ (Cadre Development Course) is pre-scheduled for the month of May, with Digambar Narayan Tiwari appointed as the Course Coordinator and Shivtanay Srivastava as the Course Secretary. The General Secretary, Dr. Dhananjay Singh, presented the All-India Tour Plan. Additionally, the instructors for the summer workshops were announced, and a list of selected nominees from various districts was released on this occasion. The Chief Guest delivered his words of blessing, followed by the Presidential Address delivered by Dr. Shiv Prakash, which infused a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm among the cadres.
