DIVYA DELHI : The teaser of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, starring Yash, was released on Friday, marking his first film since the blockbuster KGF franchise. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the revenge saga showcases Yash in his most violent and mass-heavy avatar yet. The action-packed teaser features intense fight sequences, graphic visuals, and a face-off setup with antagonist Tovino Thomas. Fans flooded social media with praise, with some calling it a “blockbuster” and others jokingly declaring “RIP” to Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which releases on the same day. The film had earlier courted controversy over its first-look video, drawing complaints over explicit scenes. Despite criticism, several industry voices defended the makers. Also starring Nayanthara, Kiara Advani and others, Toxic is set for a March 19 theatrical release, setting up one of the biggest pan-India box office clashes in recent years.
