The ministry stated that Seoul is coordinating with allies and keeping a close watch on developments amid growing concerns over deepening military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang. According to reports, Russia is believed to be making preparations for another deployment of North Korean personnel, raising security concerns in the region. South Korea said it remains committed to working with the international community to respond to any actions that could threaten regional peace and stability. The reported troop deployment comes as military ties between Russia and North Korea have strengthened in recent months, prompting criticism from South Korea and its allies. Seoul reiterated that any violation of international norms or UN Security Council resolutions would be taken seriously.
