According to property transaction details, Nigam had purchased the office space in 2023 for ₹14.30 crore. The recent sale marks a significant appreciation in the value of the commercial property, highlighting the continued demand for premium real estate in Mumbai’s BKC business district. The transaction has generated attention not only because of the substantial value of the property but also because of the singer’s investment gains. The difference between the purchase price and the reported sale value amounts to ₹3.70 crore, representing an appreciation of approximately 25.9% over the original investment.
