DIVYA DELHI : New Delhi A Delhi court on Friday acquitted former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar in a case related to the Janakpuri violence during the 1984 Anti-Sikh riots. The court held that the prosecution failed to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt, citing lack of credible evidence linking Kumar to the incident. With this verdict, Kumar has been cleared in the Janakpuri case, even as other cases related to the 1984 riots continue to be part of the legal record.
