Divya Delhi : The banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) has released photographs of two female suicide attackers it claims were involved in recent coordinated assaults across Pakistan’s Balochistan province. One of the attackers was identified as 24-year-old Asifa Mengal from Nushki district. The attacks killed nearly 50 people, including at least 17 security personnel. Pakistani authorities said security forces launched a 40-hour operation following the violence, killing more than 140 militants. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif confirmed that women were involved in two of the attacks. According to the BLA, Mengal joined its Majeed Brigade in 2023 and carried out an attack targeting an intelligence facility in Nushki.
