The recruitment drive was carried out as part of the institute’s latest hiring process. The initiative was implemented at AIIMS Delhi in New Delhi, India. The institute adopted blockchain technology to reduce the risk of document tampering, improve the integrity of recruitment records, speed up verification, and ensure a transparent hiring process. AIIMS Delhi integrated blockchain into its recruitment system to securely store and verify candidate data and documents, enabling faster validation and helping fill nearly 460 vacancies through a more reliable digital process.
