DIVYA DELHI : Actor Raveena Tandon has showered praise on Dhurandhar, revealing she jokingly apologised to Yami Gautam after watching the film directed by her husband Aditya Dhar. Speaking on a podcast, Raveena said she called Yami and told her, “I am sorry. I am the biggest fan of your husband. You have to share my attention,” praising Dhar for bringing back larger-than-life heroism to the big screen. She also applauded lead star Ranveer Singh, recalling how he once visited her set as a 10-year-old fan. Raveena described Dhar as a “genius” and lauded performances by Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna, among others. Based on real events, Dhurandhar follows Ranveer’s character on a high-stakes mission and has become one of the highest-grossing Hindi films, earning over ₹1,000 crore domestically. The film premiered on Netflix on January 30 and continues to draw strong viewership on OTT.
