DIVYA DELHI : Actor Govinda has responded strongly to allegations made by his wife Sunita Ahuja, including claims of an affair and not supporting their son’s film career. Dismissing the accusations, Govinda said Sunita and other family members are being “used” as part of a conspiracy against him and urged them not to “suffocate” him by making public statements. The actor also claimed that even his nephew, comedian Krushna Abhishek, has been made to insult him through scripted television shows. Govinda said he prefers not to involve himself in lobbying for his children in the film industry and insisted that attempts are being made to damage his image. He appealed to his family to resolve matters privately rather than in the media.
