Divya Delhi : A sensational murder case in Ghaziabad has been successfully cracked by the Loni Police. The main accused, Arvind Kumar, has been arrested after a detailed investigation. Shocking revelations have emerged during police interrogation.According to police officials, the murder took place near the Delhi–Saharanpur Highway, where Yogesh Kumar was brutally attacked. The accused first shot the victim with an illegal pistol and then assaulted him with an iron pipe, leading to his death on the spot. During the arrest, police recovered an illegal pistol, live cartridges, an iron pipe used in the crime, and a motorcycle from the possession of the accused Arvind Kumar. Interrogation revealed that the murder was the result of an old rivalry. The accused confessed that a contract killing was planned, and a deal worth Rs. 5 lakh was fixed to eliminate Yogesh Kumar. Police also disclosed that the deceased’s two sons and other accomplices were allegedly involved in the conspiracy and are currently absconding. Multiple police teams have been formed, and raids are being conducted at possible hideouts to arrest the remaining accused. Officials stated that strict legal action is being taken against the arrested accused, and efforts are underway to ensure that all those involved in the murder are brought to justice.
